From your booking, you will receive a receipt (shown on the left). This may be in your junk folder, depending on your mail setup. On the bottom of the receipt, it will have the gate entry pin (as shown).
Upon entering the site, you will see the automated gate system. Please use the pin to open the automated gate via the keypad (as shown below).
Before leaving the site, please ensure you have all your belongings, leaving the large silver metal park gate open, for the next person to close whilst in session, thank you.
On exiting, press the exit button and the wooden exit gate will open and close automatically.

Note: 1hr = 55 Minutes of dog run time, with a 5 minute buffer to exit the site safely.
