Terms & Conditions

​We want all that attend our site, including all furry companions, to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Attending & Leaving Site

​​To attend our site, you must ensure you have paid online, receiving a confirmation such as a receipt before attending to use our dog park. With your receipt you will receive the key code entry pin which allows entry through the wooden gate. Please ensure the large metal gate is closed behind you when entering the park and it is left open when leaving. We have onsite parking for up to 4 vehicles, with a maximum of 8 people per visit. All areas are monitored by CCTV 365/24/7 to ensure safety.

Health & Safety External & Internal Dog Park

​On entering the car park area, Canalside Paws will not be held liable for any vehicle damage or theft whilst on site. Belongings in vehicles are left to the owners/customers risk, so please ensure your valuables are not on display.

After entering the car park area, please ensure the gate is locked behind you, to ensure the safety of your dog(s). Canalside Paws cannot be held liable for any dog(s) escaping the dog park or car parking area. You must make sure the dog park is empty before removing your dog(s) from the car.​

Safety Notice: Please do not enter the dog park, if another customer/dog owner, is already in there with dog(s). If you are early, please wait in the waiting area and do not let your dog(s) out.

We recommend that all dogs should be up to date with all vaccinations, deworming, however this at the dog owners/trainers’ responsibility & risk. Canalside Paws will not be held responsible for any dogs fighting or causing harm to each other, during any booked session(s).

Dog owners/trainers - use the dog park at their own risk, Canalside Paws accept no liability for any injury or any accident to either the user of the dog park or their dog(s). Any substantial damage other than wear and tear to Canalside Paws dog park areas (internal & external), during your booked session(s), must be reported as soon as possible via our “Lets Chat!” website icon. Note the hirer/customer may be liable for costs on substantial damages.

As some dogs do like to dig, we instruct any owners/trainers, to fill in their dogs holes and not leave them open on site. Please notify us if there are substantial holes created, which you can not rectify by letting us know by the "Lets Chat!" website icon.

Our obstacles and any other equipment(s), are to be used at the dog owner’s risk. Please ensure all items, training aids, belonging to you, are removed at the end of your session(s). The equipment in the dog park is for dogs use only, please do not let children climb on equipment’s.

​

We prohibit leaving dogs unattended at any time whilst within our dog park. We also prohibit tethering dogs to any structures on site within our dog park.

​

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept XL bully’s and we have to follow the legislation that has been set.

Health and Safety At The Viewing Hub

​​The "viewing hub" is there as a safe space to relax or catch up on some work, it is not a place for children or dogs to be jumping or placed on the desk area or seating. Any damages must be reported as soon as possible via our “Lets Chat!” website icon. Note the hirer/customer may be liable for costs on damages beyond wear and tear within this area.

Soiling Anywhere On Site

​​All dog faeces, must be picked up in the bags provided and placed into the dog waste bin provided, thank you. Canalside Paws is monitored by on site CCTV 365/24/7.

​Booking & Refunds

​​​If you cannot make your booking, please get in touch via our “Lets Chat!” website icon. We will endeavour to be as accommodating as we can. We do not offer refunds outside of our 24hr notice period, sorry...​
